Michele Current joins Jacob’s Village as Executive Director

Jacob’s Village is pleased to announce that Michele Current has recently joined the organization as Executive Director.

Ms. Current comes to Jacob’s Village with valuable experience serving individuals with special needs and seniors including roles with Solarbron and the Evansville Arc, and most recently, as Director of Marketing at United Companies. Michele has lived in Evansville for over 30 years and graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science degree.  Ms. Current is active in the community including her participation as a Board Member for Evansville Police Department Foundation and volunteering for the FJ Reitz musical programs.

“We’re excited to have Michele Current as our Executive Director,” said Board President Jay Adams. “She brings wonderful management experience to our organization along with a real passion for serving special needs populations. We look forward to continue building the Jacob’s Village community under Michele’s leadership.”
